摘要

目的:为了对黄芪多糖的种类和相对分子质量的分布情况有一个大致的了解。方法:本实验通过高效凝胶渗透色谱技术和乙醇分级法

分析了黄芪多糖相对分子质量的分布情况。结果:黄芪多糖按照相对分子质量分布

明显分成2部分。结论:黄芪多糖低相对分子质量部分是一个纯度很高的多糖

具有一定的开发价值。

Abstract

Objective: To get a crude perception of the composition and the molecular weight of astragalus polysaccharedes（APS）.Method: Using high performance gel permeation chromatograph（HPGPC） and alcohol fractionation

we got a better outline of the composition of the polysaccharides and respectively analized their molecular weights.Result: The test results proved that APS breaks down to two parts with respect to their ranges of molecular weight.Conclusion: The part with low molecular weight exhibits the character of pure substance which is exploitable.
