摘要

目的:本研究是通过对人食管癌TE-1细胞进行体外实验

观察噎消通口服液联合放射治疗对食管癌细胞TE-1的放疗增敏作用。方法:将人食管癌细胞TE-1进行体外培养

通过MTT实验进行噎消通口服液的药物作用曲线

得到药物对细胞10%抑制浓度IC10;使用IC10浓度进行实验

将TE-1细胞分为放疗组和噎消通联合放疗组

通过克隆形成实验绘制细胞生存曲线

得到两组平均致死剂量（DO）和外推数（N）值

计算放射增敏比（TER）。结果:噎消通口服液对食管癌TE-1细胞有抑制作用

其IC10=61 g·L-1

噎消通口服液具有放疗增敏作用

增敏比（TER）=1.17。结论:噎消通口服液对人食管癌细胞TE-1具有放疗增敏作用

具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract

Objective: To study the increased effect of Yexiaotong combined with radioactive rays on human esophageal cancer cells（TE-1） through experimental test.Method: The IC10 of Yexiaotong to TE-1 was obtained by MTT test.TE-1 cells were divided into two groups: one is treated by radiotherapy and the other by radiotherapy combined with Yexiaotong in 10% inhibition concentration IC10.Radiosensitivity was determined by clonogenic assay and quantified by calculating TER.Result: MTT assay showed that Yexiaotong had inhibitory effects on TE-1

and the 10% inhibition concentration was 61 g.L-1.Yexiaotong had a radio sensitizing effect

and the TER was 1.17.Conclusion: Yexiaotong can sensitize the effect of radiotherapy on TE-1

and the TER reaches 1.17

for which it is useful in radiotherapy in the future.
