目的:优选川乌高压蒸制的工艺参数。方法:采用正交试验法考察蒸制时间、蒸制压力及处理方式等因素
以双酯型生物碱、总生物碱的含量及炮制品的外观评分为指标
综合优选川乌高压蒸制的最佳工艺。结果:川乌高压蒸制的最佳工艺为:A5B3C3
即川乌润湿后
于1.5 kg·cm-2压力下蒸制150 min。结论:该方法简单、可行而且易于控制
可作为代替川乌传统炮制工艺的新方法。
Abstract
Objective:To optimize the best method of processing Radix Aconiti under high-pressure.Method:Orthogonal test was used to study the effect of three factors including processing time
