摘要

目的:建立高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定连理汤中人参皂苷Rb1含量的方法。方法:采用Zobax Extend-C18（4.6 mm×150 mm

5μm）色谱柱

流动相乙腈-水（25∶75）;检测波长203 nm;流速1.0 mL·min-1;柱温40℃。结果:两个批次连理汤样品中人参皂苷Rb1含量分别为1.58 mg.g-1和1.47 mg·g-1。结论:方法稳定可靠

重复性好

可用于连理汤中人参皂苷Rb1的含量测定并控制制剂的质量。

Abstract

Objective:To develop a HPLC method for the determination of Ginsenoside Rb1 in Lianli Tang.Method:The HPLC method was applied with Agilent Zobax Extend-C18 colunmn by acetonitrile-water（25∶75） as the mobile phase

The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 40℃ and the UV detection wavelength was 203 nm.Result:The contents of ginsenoside Rb1 in two batch samples are 1.58 mg·g-1 and 1.47 mg·g-1.Conclusion:The method is stable and reliable

and can be used to assay ginsenoside Rb1 then control the quality of Lianli tang.
