摘要

目的:建立HPLC-ELSD检测白头翁汤中白头翁皂苷B4含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent Ecilpse XDB-C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm

5μm）

以乙腈-水（28∶72）为流动相;ELSD漂移管温度100℃

雾化气体（空气）流速2.8 L·min-1。结果:白头翁皂苷B4在1.156～10.404μg线性关系良好

回收率为98.9%（n=5）

RSD 0.7%。结论:本法准确、灵敏、重复性好

为白头翁汤的质量控制提供了依据。

Abstract

Objective:To establish a method for the deter mination of pulchinenoside B4 in Baitouweng decoction by HPLC-ELSD.Method: A HPLC methods detected by HPLC-ELSD has been developed: Agilent Ecilpse XDB-C18 column（4.6 mm × 250 mm

5 μm） with mobile phase of acetonitrile and water（28∶72）;The temperature of the drift tube was set at 100 ℃

the flow rate of gas at 2.8 L·min-1.Result:pulchinenoside B4 in Baitouweng decoction could be deter mined by HPLC-ELSD.The line arrange of pulchinenoside B4 was 1.156-10.404 μg.The recovery was 98.9%（n = 5

RSD 0.7%）.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate

with good repeatability

and can be used for deter mination of pulchinenoside B4 in Baitouweng decoction.
