摘要

目的:研究红海榄的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱和葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化;采用化合物的理化性质和NMR

MS等波谱方法对各单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从红海榄中分离得到了7个化合物

它们分别是:β-香树脂醇（1）、豆甾醇（2）、白桦脂酸（3）、胡萝卜苷（4）、芦丁（5）、D-甘露醇（6）和六十炔烃（7）。结论:化合物1

7为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Rhizophora stylosa.Method:The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatograph and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatograph.Their structures were elucidated through their physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis such as 1H-NMR

13C-NMR and FT-IR.Result: Eight compounds were isolated from R.stylosa

they were identified as β-amyrin（1）

stigmasterol（2）

betulinic acid（3）

daucosterol（4）

rutin（5）

D-mannitol（6） and sixty alkyne（7）.Conclusion: Compounds 1

6 and 7 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
