Objective:To optimize the technology of licorice licoflavone β-cyclodextrin package.Method: Main parameters of licorice flavanone-β-cyclodextrin inclusion were investigated by orthogonal experiment with inclu-sion compound and receive rate as the target to screen out the best technology;the inclusion compound was identified by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method and the thin layer chromatography.Result: The best technique of licofla-vone-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound was as follows: the batch feeding ratio of licoflavone to β-cyclodextrin was 1∶ 10;the water quantity to be added was 10 times of β-cyclodextrin batch feeding’s;the package temperature was at 40 ℃ and mixed for 1 hour by stirring.Conclusion:The preparation of licoflavone-β-cyclodextrin by saturated aque-ous solution is simple to operate.
