Objective:To analyze ten nucleosides compounds in nine tonic traditional Chinese medicines of fruit and seeds.Method:HPLC was performed on an ApolloTM-C18 column to analyze the nucleosides compounds.Methanol-10 mmol.L-1 ammonium acetate was used as mobile phase with gradient elution;the flow rate was 0.5 mL.min-1
detection wavelength was at 260 nm and the column temperature was at 30 ℃.Result:Uridine was detected in nine tonic traditional Chinese medicines with high content.The cAMPwas detected only in Jujubae fructus.The total content of nucleosides compounds in Mori fructus was more than other crud drugs.Conclusion: Nucleoside compounds were probably widespread in tonic traditional Chinese medicines of fruits and seeds.The nucleosides compounds would be considered as quality control components for tonic traditional Chinese medicines;the content of nucleosides and their compositions had significant difference because of different origins of tonic traditional Chinese medicines.There is a correlation between nucleosides compounds and the tonification efficacy.
