摘要

目的:观察香丹注射液对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变性和血小板聚集的影响。方法:以sc大剂量盐酸肾上腺素加冰水浴造成大鼠急性血瘀模型

尾静脉iv给予药物

于末次给药0.5 h后颈总动脉插管放血

分别测定全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率等指标。结果:香丹注射液能够降低急性血瘀模型大鼠的全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数、血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原含量

并能够抑制模型大鼠血小板聚集率的升高。结论:香丹注射液具有改善急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变性和抑制血小板聚集的作用。

Abstract

Objective:To study the effects of Xiangdan Injection on hemorheology and platelet aggregation in acute blood stasis rats.Method:The acute blood stasis rats model was established by subcutaneous injection of high-dose adrenaline hydrochloride and being socked in ice-water.Then the model rats were treated with drugs by in-travenous injection.The blood samples were taken through common carotid artery（CCA） at 0.5 hours after last ad-ministration.Viscosity of blood and plasma

content of fibrinogen and the rates of platelet aggregation were deter-mined.Result: Xiangdan Injection could not only reduce viscosity of whole blood

erythrocyte aggregation index

viscosity of plasma and content of fibrinogen

but also remarkably inhibit the rates of platelet aggregation in model rats.Conclusion: Xiangdan Injection obviously ameliorates the hemorheology and inhibits platelet aggregation in a-cute blood stasis rats.
