摘要

目的:观察芪参健骨颗粒的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:将小鼠分为模型对照组

芪参健骨颗粒低、中、高剂量给药组和阳性对照双氯芬酸钠组

ig给药剂量分别为22.5

观察药物对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响。将大鼠分为模型对照组

芪参健骨颗粒低、中、高剂量给药组和阳性对照双氯芬酸钠组

观察药物对蛋清所致足跖肿胀影响。以此考察芪参健骨颗粒的抗炎作用;采用小鼠热板法和小鼠醋酸扭体实验（分组、给药剂量同耳廓肿胀实验）

考察芪参健骨颗粒的镇痛作用。结果:芪参健骨颗粒3个剂量组和双氯芬酸钠组ig给药能有效防治二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀（抑制率分别为13%

Abstract

Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Qishen Jiangu Granule.Method: Models of xylene-induced mice ear edema

albumin-induced rats paw edema were performed to study the anti-inflammatory effect.Acetic acid-induced writhing and hot-plate test in mice were used to study the analgeic effect.Result: The inhibitory rates of low

medium and high dose of Qishen Jiangu Granule on mice ear edema were 13%
