摘要

针对全国中药上市2009年企业核心竞争力排名前20名的5家企业（天津天士力制药股份有限公司、贵州益佰制药股份有限公司、云南白药集团股份有限公司、北京同仁堂股份有限公司、江苏康缘药业股份有限公司）专利产出与经济产出的关系进行典型相关分析

并运用相关回归方法研究5家企业1999～2009年专利申请数与经济产出（年销售收入/净利润）的相关性。结果表明五家大型中药企业专利产出与经济收入成正相关性

回归方程有良好的线性关系

经方差分析极具显著性效果。可以初步认定知识产权的保护战略能够带来巨大的经济效益

中药企业对知识产权的重视程度以及发明专利申请数的多少可以影响企业的经济效益好坏。

Abstract

Five Chinese medicine marketing enterprises

namely Tianjing Tasly pharmaceutical Co.Ltd

Guizhou Yibai pharmaceutical Co.Ltd

Yunnan Baiyao group Co.Ltd

Beijing Tongrentang Co.Ltd

Jiangsu Kanion pharmaceutical Co.Ltd

among the top 20 enterprises with core competitive ability listed in 2009

were selected as the investigation samples.The statistical correlation between the patent output and economic output from 1999 to 2009 of the five enterprises was carried out.The results suggested there showed a positive correlation between patent output and economic in these enterprises.The preliminary conclusion is that the protection of intellectual property rights would bring a huge economic efficiency.For an enterprise

the importance of intellectual property rights can be related with its sales and profits

and the number of patents may likely be related with the increase in sales.
