将细胞培养技术、蛋白质组学技术在注射剂肾毒性研究中的应用进行归纳总结

展望各技术在药物毒性研究中的应用前景。

Injection has been playing a significant role in clinical treatment for the rapid and high-efficiency effects

which also leads to various adverse effects gradually.This assay enumerated nephrotoxicity of injection and analyzed the reasons

and then summarized applications of proteomics and cell culture in researching nephrotoxicity of injection

made some points about prospects for these techniques on the studies of drug toxicity.
