摘要

目的:制订新生化颗粒的新药质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱鉴别法对方中的当归、川芎、甘草进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定方中当归、川芎中阿魏酸的含量。结果:薄层色谱清晰

阴性无干扰

重现性良好

阿魏酸在1.244～9.952 mg·L-1呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）。平均回收率99.65%（RSD 2.00%

n=6）。结论:该方法能准确、快速地进行定性、定量检测

可用于新生化颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To establish the quality standard of Xinshenghua granule.Method:Thin-layer chro-matography was used to identify Radix Angelica Sinensis

Rhizoma Chuanxiang and Glycyrrhizin uralensis.The con-tent of ferulic acid from Radix Angelica Sinensis and Rhizoma Chuanxiang was determined by HPLC.Result:The study on the quality control showed that the characteristic of identification by TCL was distinct

accurate and repro-ducible.The linear range of ferulic acid was 1.244-9.952 mg·L-1（r = 0.999 9）.The average recovery was 99.65% with RSD of 2.00%（n = 6）.Conclusion:The methods are accurate and quick in qualitative identification and quantitative assay of this preparation

which can be used for the quality control of Xinshenghua granule.
