HPLC测定海麻雀中腺苷的含量

目的:建立海麻雀中腺苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法
流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 6.5)-甲醇(80∶20)
色谱柱为依利特HypersiL ODS-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm
5μm)
流速1.0 mL·min-1
检测波长260 nm。结果:腺苷在0.128 3~0.342 1μg呈良好线性关系
平均加样回收率98.4%
RSD 1.1%。结论:方法操作简单
结果可靠
重复性好
可以为海麻雀质量控制提供科学依据。
Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for content determination of adenosine in Pegasus laternarius Cuvier.Method:HPLC conditions were as follow:the mobile phase was phosphate buffer saline(pH 6.5)-methanol(80:20)
Hypersil ODS-C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm
5 μm)
volume flow 1.0 mL·min-1
wave length at 260 nm.Result:Linearity was found in the range of 0.128 3-0.342 1 μg
the average recovery was 98.4% and RSD was 1.1%.Conclusion:The results show that this method is simple
accurate and reproducible
it call be used for quality control in P.laternarius.
