摘要

目的:探讨金匮肾气丸防治肺纤维化的作用及机制。方法:将34只普通级健康SD大鼠用平阳霉素复制大鼠肺纤维化模型后

分为正常对照组、模型对照组和金匮肾气丸组

用药组每天按2.25 g.kg-1体重ig金匮肾气丸

28 d后处死

观察、比较各组大鼠肺部病理组织学改变及肺组织中血小板衍生长因子BB（platelet-derived growth factor-BB

PDGF-BB）表达。结果:模型组大鼠肺泡炎及纤维化程度、肺组织中PDGF-BB表达均明显高于正常对照组及用药组（P<0.05）。结论:金匮肾气丸能明显减轻平阳霉素所致的大鼠肺泡炎及纤维化程度

抑制肺组织中PDGF-BB过度表达。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of Jingui Shenqi Pill（JGSQ）on pulmonary fibrosis.Method:Pulmonary fibrosis was induced by bleomycinA5 in SD rats.Rats in drug group were killed after being treated by taking JGSQ daily for 28 days.The lungs of all rats were harvested for histopathological studies.The contents of platelet-derived growth factor-BB（PDGF-BB）in lungs were measured and compared.Result:The degree of the alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis

the contents of PDGF-BB in lungs increased significantly in the model group as compared with that in the normal group and the JGSQ treated group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:The contents of PDGF-BB in lungs from the rats with pulmonary fibrosis were significantly higher than that of the normal rats

JGSQ could significantly alleviate the increase and the degree of alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis.
