摘要

目的:考察槐定碱脂质体不同制备方法对其包封率的影响。方法:采用注入、薄膜分散、逆向蒸发等被动载药法和硫酸铵梯度、pH梯度结合逆向等主动载药法制备槐定碱脂质体

用高速冷冻离心-HPLC法测定脂质体包封率。结果:被动载药法制备的脂质体包封率较低

主动载药法中pH梯度结合逆向法制备脂质体包封率为93.27%。结论:采用主动载药法可制得包封率较高的槐定碱脂质体。

Abstract

Objective:To study the influence of different preparation methods on the entrapment efficiency.Method: Sophoridine liposomes was prepared by passive loading method and active loading method.The entrapment efficiencies were determined by high speed freeze centrifugation-HPLC method.Result: The entrapment efficiency with passive loading method was low

while the entrapment efficiency was up to 93.27% with active loading method.Conclusion: The sophoridine liposomes with high entrapping efficiency can be prepared by active loading method.
