目的:考察阳离子交换树脂不同洗脱剂纯化苦参总生物碱的效果
优选最佳纯化工艺条件。方法:采用732型阳离子交换树脂对苦参总生物碱进行纯化
以苦参总生物碱和苦参碱含量为指标
考察以氨水、氨性乙醇作为洗脱剂纯化苦参总生物碱的效果。结果:经过优选
离子交换树脂的最佳洗脱条件为:先以浓氨水浸渍2 h
再以10%氨水洗脱至生物碱反应阴性为止。结论:优选得到的工艺纯化苦参总生物碱效率高
成本低
可操作性强
工艺简便
可用于苦参总生物碱的分离纯化。
Abstract
Objective:To select the optimum purifying process of total alkaloids from Sophora flavescens by means of cation exchange resin.Method: The purifying process of total alkaloids from S.flavescens was performed by cation exchange resin of 732 type
with the solvent of ammonia water and the mixture of ammonia water and ethanol
and the content of matrine and total alkaloids from S.flavescens were determined to choose the optimal technological parameters.Result: The ideal concentration of solvent was:S.flavescens firstly immersed in concentrated ammonia for 2 h
then eluted to alkaloid reaction negative by 10% ammonia.Conclusion: The purification process has high efficiency.It can be used for purifying total alkaloids from S.flavescens by means of cation exchange resin.
