摘要

目的:用正交试验法优选两头毛中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮提取量为评价指标。选择提取溶液量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素

采用正交试验法确定两头毛中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺

采用分光光度法对干浸膏中总黄酮的含量进行测定

检测波长498 nm。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为用10倍量0.5%氢氧化钠溶液回流提取3次

每次3 h

芦丁在8.72～52.32 mg·L-1呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率101.98%

RSD 1.23%。结论:总黄酮正交提取工艺比较可行

含量测定方法简便、准确

可用于两头毛干浸膏中总黄酮的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective:To study the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids in Incarvillea arguta.Method: The orthogonal experimental design was used with the extraction yield of total flavonoids as the assessment index

heating for 3 hours.Rutin was linear in the range of 8.72-52.32 mg·L-1 and the average recovery was 101.98% with RSD of 1.23%.Conclusion: The optimum extraction process of total flavonoids in I.arguta was reliable and the determination method is easy and accurate which can be used for the extraction of total flavonoids in this herb.
