银翘柴桂汤HPLC指纹图谱研究
摘要
目的:建立银翘柴桂汤HPLC指纹图谱分析方法
拟定其指纹特征图谱指标成分群。方法:采用HPLC测定
依利特ODS柱(4.6 mm×50 mm
5μm)
流动相甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱)
检测波长230 nm
流速1 mL·min-1
柱温35℃。结果:10批银翘柴桂汤中共标示出17个共有峰
全方汤剂的特征峰基本为各味药特征峰的加和;利用指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件
测得10批汤剂指纹图谱相似度在0.910~0.986。结论:方法准确可靠
重复性好
可为银翘柴桂颗粒剂的开发研究提供质量评价依据
并为其物质基础研究提供了一定参考。
Abstract
Objective:To establish the method of fingerprint analysis on Yinqiao Chaigui Decoction
work out the characteristic fingerprint
and study the influence of various compatibilities on fingerprint peaks.Method:HPLC with Hypersil ODS was used
methanol-water(gradient elution)as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 230 nm
flow rate was 1 mL·min-1
and column temperature was 35 ℃.Result:Seventeen common peaks were separated in 10 batches of Yinqiao Chaigui Decoction.A little influence on characteristic peaks was found in various compatibilities
but there was no new characteristic peak.The characteristic peaks were the summation
peak 2(chlorogenic acid)

17 were from Scutellaria baicalersis;peak 5(paeoniflorin) was from Paeonia lactiflora Pall;peak 11
12 were from Cinnamomum cassia presl and peak 1
11 were from Forsythia suspense.Conclusion:The method is reliable
accurate and provides a reference for the rules of the compatibility and material base of Yinqiao Chaigui Decoction.
