摘要

目的:探讨两种蜈蚣的抗肿瘤作用。方法:以MTT法测定两种蜈蚣的含药血清对人肝癌细胞系Bel-7402生长的抑制作用;体内试验将小鼠接种S180实体瘤后检测两种蜈蚣对小鼠S180实体瘤生长的抑制作用。结果:两种蜈蚣均可明显抑制肝癌细胞株Bel-7402的增殖;多棘蜈蚣和少棘蜈蚣0.2

0.4

0.6 g.kg-1对小鼠S180实体型肿瘤均有明显抑制作用（P<0.01）

抑瘤率分别为60.95%

63.68%

69.01%和48.52%

50.18%

50.83%。结论:两种蜈蚣均具有较强的抗肿瘤作用

无论体内和体外试验

多棘蜈蚣均有优于少棘蜈蚣的趋势。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effects two kinds of centipede on anti-tumor in vivo.Method:The effect of the two kinds of medicine contained in serum for growth inhibition of human liver cell Bel-7402 was evaluated by MTT.Inhitition of inoculated S180 tumor in mice was used to compare the two kinds of centipede.Result: There were different inhibition for liver cell proliferation of Bel-7402 of the two kinds of centipede;the inhibition rates of S180 tumors in mice were 60.95%
