探讨中药引经理论与药物靶向性之间的相关性

为基于中药引经理论研究靶向给药系统的新思路提供理论参考。作者调研了中药引经理论沿革、临床应用情况、引经药自身与靶部位的亲和性

以及引经药对其他药物吸收、分布、药效的影响等研究结果

分析归纳

提出观点。经过大量的文献调研

揭示中药引经作用与药物的靶向作用有一定相关性。以为通过中药引经理论的应用

可为现代靶向给药系统的研究提供新的思路

以增强药物的靶向性。

Abstract

To explore the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） guide theory and drug targeting so as to provide new ideas for studying the targeting drug delivery system.Investigate TCM guide theory’s evolution

clinical application

affinity of meridian-lead-in drugs and target sites and the results of actions on other drugs’ absorption

distribution and therapeutic effect

summarize and put forward the arguments.Through reviewing a large number of literatures

it has been found that TCM guide theory and modern target-tropism administration have certain correlation.The application of TCM guide theory can pave a new way for studying the modern targeting drug delivery system to enhance the drug targeting.
