reading ablities in the treatment group were obviously higher than those in the control group（P<0.01）.The practical communication ability in the control group was significantly better than that in the control group（P<0.01）.The whole therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Qiyudan combined with language training provided remarkable therapeutic effects in treating of aphasia after ischemic stroke

and it was better than simple laguage training.
