摘要

目的:观察醒脑静注射液辅助治疗继发性脑损伤的临床疗效。方法:重型颅脑损伤患者68例被随机分成实验组和对照组

每组34例。对照组采用常规治疗

实验组在常规治疗的基础上

给予醒脑静注射液30 mL加入5%葡萄糖500 mL中静脉滴注

每天1次

疗程10 d。在入院后第2天（治疗前）及入院后第13天（治疗后）观察Glasgow昏迷评分（GCS）、血肿大小、水肿大小及远期生活质量。结果:与治疗前比较

两组治疗后血肿及水肿明显减少（P<0.01）

GCS评分及远期生活质量评分均有明显改善（P<0.01）;与对照组同时段比较

实验组治疗后水肿带明显减少

GCS得到显著改善

远期生活质量评分明显提高

差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论:醒脑静可促进水肿吸收

改善脑损伤患者意识状态

其效能优于常规治疗。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Xingnaojing injection（XNJ） on secondary brain injury.Method:Sixty eight patients with severe craniocerebral injury were divided randomly into experimental group and control group

34 cases in each group.Conventional therapy was used in control group.In the base of control group

30 mL XNJ with 5% glucose injection 500 mL were used in experimental group

once a day

and a course of treatment was 10 days.Glasgow coma score（GCS）

hematoma

oedema and long-term quality of life were recorded before therapy and after therapy.Result:Compared with that before therapy

hematoma and oedema decreased

GCS and long-term quality of life score increased significantly in both two groups（P<0.01）.Compared with that in control group

oedema decreased

GCS and long-term quality of life score increased in experimental group

there was a significant difference（P<0.01）.Conclusion:XNJ can promote absorption of oedema

and improve consciousness of brain injury patients

efficacy of XNJ was better than that of conventional therapy.
