摘要

目的:建立醒神喷鼻液的质量标准。方法:采用TLC鉴别方中石菖蒲挥发油、冰片及猪牙皂。用HPLC测定β-细辛醚、麝香酮的含量。结果:TLC色谱中分别检出石菖蒲挥发油、β-细辛醚、冰片及猪牙皂

阴性对照无干扰。β-细辛醚、麝香酮分别在0.174 4～0.872 0μg（r=0.999 8）、0.214～1.07μg（r=0.9994）呈良好的线性关系

平均加样回收率分别为99.96%（RSD 2.61%

n=6）

100.17%（RSD 3.36%

n=6）。结论:研究建立的TLC和HPLC方法专属性强、灵敏度高、重现性好

可用于醒神喷鼻液的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To establish the quality standard of Xingshen spray.Method:TLC was used too distinguish Volatile oil of Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii

Borneolum Syntheticum and fructus Gleditsiae abnormalis.HPLC was used for the determination of β-asarone and Muscone.Result:The thin-layer chromatography spots were clear and the negative samples had no interferences

β-asarone and Muscone were linear in the range of 0.174 4-0.872 0 μg（r=0.999 8）

0.214-1.07 μg（r=0.999 4）

and the average recovery was 99.96%（RSD 2.61%

n=6）

100.17%（RSD 3.36%

n=6）.Conclusion:This method is simple

accurate

reliable and can be used as a quality control method for Xingshen spray.
