Objective:This article summarizes the mechanism of Chinese medicine treating anti-myocardial ischemia based on the collection and analysis of the associated literatures.Method:Search the databases including CNKI

PubMed

Elsevier etc and collect the literatures concerning about the effect of Chinese medicine on anti-myocardial ischemia in these five years

which were sorted by different mechanism.Result:The common mechanism of Chinese medicine treating anti-myocardial ischemia include the reduction of myocardial oxygen consumption

the clearing of free radicle

the inhibition of calcium overload and cell apoptosis

the adjustment of the ratio of TXA2/PGI2 and NO/ET-1

and the promotion of blood vessel neogenesis etc.Conclusion:The Chinese medicine can play the role of myocardial ischemia from different aspects

but the studies are still at an experimental stage

they even not reach the molecular genetic level

and more modern technology are needed in the future research.
