liver to spleen ratio triglyceride(TG)
body mass index(BMI) and symptom signs of impact in patients were used for effecacy evaluation. In all
202 patients with NASH were collected from four sub-centers and randomly divided into treatment group(101cases) and control group(101 cases). The patients of treatment group were treated for 3 months with a daily traditional Chinese medicine
and the patients of control group were treated for 3 months with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules(Essentiale)
1 368 mg·d-1.Each patient was advised regular aerobic exercise and dietary modification.Result: The treatment group was significantly better than control group on improved serum ALT levels
liver to spleen ratios
TG
body mass index BMI and symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Chinese medicine for the treatment of NASH was better than Essentiale for improveing ALT levels
liver to spleen ratios
TG
BMI and symptoms. It can be promoted as a clinical treatment.
