摘要

目的:对治疗糖尿病及其并发症的中药处方及已上市中成药的筛选分析

为更好地组方用药

提高中药对糖尿病的治疗效果提供参考。方法:利用广东药学院附属第一医院的中药房资源

获得治疗糖尿病中药处方;从《中国药典》（2010年版一部）和中药部颁标准获得已上市治疗糖尿病中成药处方

然后进行统计分析处理。结果:中药治疗糖尿病及其并发症以益气养阴为主

滋阴清热

活血化瘀为辅

其治疗主要包括中药基本方治疗、中成药治疗、单味中药治疗。结论:合理使用中药及中成药才能发挥中药在预防、治疗糖尿病及其并发症方面的优势。

Abstract

Objective:To provide a reference for improving the therapeutic effects of Chinese herbal medici and rational prescriptions through screening and analyzing prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicines for treatment of diabetes and its complications on diabetes.Method: Chinese herbal prescriptions from the first affiliated hospital of guangdong pharmaceutical university

’Chinese Pharmacopoeia’（2010） and Chinese health ministry standards on treatment of diabetes medicine prescriptions were statistically analyzed.Result: Chinese herbal medicines for treatment of diabetes and its complications mainly played an action of supplementing Qi and nourshing Yin with supplement of nourshing Yin and clearing away heat and activating blood circulation for removing blood stasis.Its main treatment methods include basic treatment

Chinese patentmedicine

single herbal medicine.Conclusion: Rational use of Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese patent medicine can play an important action in the prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications advantage.
