摘要

目的:对不同产地栀子药材中重金属元素Pb

Hg的含量进行考察。方法:运用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定栀子药材中重金属Pb

As的含量

采用氢化物-冷原子吸收法测定其中Hg的含量。结果:所有批次检测结果均符合国家标准有关规定。结论:本实验建立的检测方法简单、快速、灵敏

为栀子中重金属元素的测定提供了一种可靠方法。

Abstract

Objective:Determination of the heavy metal elements in Gardeniae Fructus samples from different habitats.Method:The content of Pb

As contents in Gardeniae fructus was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry（GF-AAS）.Determination of Hg contents in Gardeniae fructus by hydride generation-cold as（HG-AAS）.Result:All batch test result could meet the pertinent regulations of the national standards.Conclusion:The method was quick

simple with high sensitivivty.It is a reliable method for the determination of the heavy metal elements in Gardeniae fructus.
