目的:建立同时测定藏药花锚中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法
流动相甲醇-0.5%磷酸水(85:15)
柱温20℃
流速0.8 mL.min-1
检测波长210 nm。结果:齐墩果酸和熊果酸在0.01~0.05
0.02~0.1 g.L-1呈良好的线性关系
加样回收率分别为101.17%
101.79%
RSD分别为1.90%
1.65%。结论:该法简便、快捷
结果准确、重复性好
可用于花锚药材中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的质量控制。
Abstract
Objective:To establish a determination method of the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Halenia elliptica by HPLC.Method: The mobie phase was a mixture of methanol-0.5%H3PO4(85∶15)
the column temperature was set 20 ℃
the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1
the deterion wave leght was 210 nm.Result: The linear range of oleanolic acid was 0.01-0.05 g·L-1
the linear range of ursolic acid was 0.02-0.1 g·L-1
and the average recovery was 101.17% with RSD 1.90% and 101.79% with RSD 1.65%.Conclusion: The method was rapid
convenient
accurate
and suitable for quality control of oleanolic acid and ursolic in H.eliptica.
