Objective:To observe the effects of Xiaojianzhong decoction(XJZD) on the experiment model with deficiency cold of Spleen and Stomach in rat.Method: Rats were randomly divided into six groups
rats were treated with intragastric 4 ℃ vinegar to establish deficiency and cold of spleen andstomach model.Except for the normal group
rats were given appropriate treatment for each groups 15 days later.The general condition of the rats and the body weight were observed
and the indexes of T-SOD
MDA
cAMP and cGMP were detected.Result:Compared with the model group
body weight of the XJZD group rats was increase(P<0.05)
the activity of SOD of gastric tissue in XJZD large doeswas increased and the content of MDA was decreased(P<0.01
P<0.05);the content of cAMP in plasma was increased
the cGMP level declined and the A/G ratio was also raised(P<0.05).Conclusion: XJZD can protect effectively on deficiency cold of spleen and stomach
the mechanism may be related to preventing the lipid peroxidation and condition of cylic nucleotides disorder.
