摘要

目的:观察小建中汤对脾胃虚寒大鼠一般情况及胃黏膜形态的影响

并从脂质过氧化损伤及环核苷酸水平紊乱角度探讨小建中汤抗脾胃虚寒的可能机制。方法:SD大鼠随机分为6组

即对照组、模型组（4℃食醋法复制脾胃虚寒动物模型）、小建中汤低、中、高剂量组（3.50

14.00 g.kg-1）、硫糖铝组（0.67 g.kg-1）

给予相应药物治疗连续15 d

实验过程中观察大鼠的一般情况

测定其体重变化

末次给药后

采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法、硫代巴比妥酸法及酶联免疫法检测各组大鼠胃组织中超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、丙二醛（MDA）、血浆中环磷酸腺苷（cAMP）和环磷酸鸟苷（cGMP）水平

HE染色观察胃黏膜形态变化。结果:与模型组比较

小建中汤高剂量组能改善脾胃虚寒大鼠的一般情况

增加体重;能提高脾胃虚寒大鼠胃组织SOD水平

降低MDA含量（P<0.01

P<0.05）;小建中汤高、中剂量组能够升高血浆cAMP含量

降低cGMP含量

升高A/G的比值（P<0.05）。结论:小建中汤能够抗脾胃虚寒

作用机制可能是抗脂质过氧化损伤和改善环核苷酸水平紊乱。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effects of Xiaojianzhong decoction（XJZD） on the experiment model with deficiency cold of Spleen and Stomach in rat.Method: Rats were randomly divided into six groups

rats were treated with intragastric 4 ℃ vinegar to establish deficiency and cold of spleen andstomach model.Except for the normal group

rats were given appropriate treatment for each groups 15 days later.The general condition of the rats and the body weight were observed

and the indexes of T-SOD

MDA

cAMP and cGMP were detected.Result:Compared with the model group

body weight of the XJZD group rats was increase（P<0.05）

the activity of SOD of gastric tissue in XJZD large doeswas increased and the content of MDA was decreased（P<0.01

P<0.05）;the content of cAMP in plasma was increased

the cGMP level declined and the A/G ratio was also raised（P<0.05）.Conclusion: XJZD can protect effectively on deficiency cold of spleen and stomach

the mechanism may be related to preventing the lipid peroxidation and condition of cylic nucleotides disorder.
