摘要

目的:建立荆菊感冒片中牛蒡苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法

以VARIAN Microsorb 100-5 C18柱为分析柱

甲醇-水（40∶60）为流动相

流速1.0 mL.min-1

检测波长为280 nm。结果:牛蒡苷在0.042 8～0.856 g.L-1线性关系良好

r=0.999 9;平均加样回收率为100.2%

RSD 1.45%（n=6）。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确

可用于测定荆菊感冒片中牛蒡苷的含量。

Abstract

Objective:To establish a HPLC method to determine arctiin in Jingju Ganmao tablets.Method:The determination was conducted by HPLC using a VARIAN Microsorb 100-5 C18 column.The mobile phase consisted of CH3OH∶ H2O（40∶ 60） with flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1 and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.Result:This method had good resolution and good linear relationship between 0.042 8-0.856 g.L-1.The averagere covery of arctiin was 100.2% and RSD was 1.45%（n=6）.Conclusion:This method is simple

quick and accurate.It can be used for quantity control of Jingju Ganmao tablets.
