decrease the degree of mice ear edema caused by xylene（P<0.05） and rat uterus swelling by embedded foreign matter（P<0.05）

upregulate the level of follide stimulating hormone（FSH）（P<0.05）

luteinizing hormone（LH）（P<0.05）

estradiol（E2）（P<0.05） and downregulate the level of P（P<0.05） in ovariectomized rat’ serum.Conclusion:Kangyan Gongle capsule obviously indicates hemostatic

antiinflammatory

analgesic effect and could regulate the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis

which.May be included into the mechanism of actions.
