摘要

目的:优选舒郁煎膏的水提工艺。方法:以浸膏得率和栀子苷含量为评价指标。栀子苷含量采用高效液相色谱法测定

采用L9（3）4正交试验设计筛选舒郁煎膏的最佳水提工艺条件。结果:最佳水提工艺为加12倍量水

浸泡1 h

煎煮3次

分别煎煮1.5

1 h。结论:优选得到的水提工艺稳定可行

适合于工业化生产

为舒郁煎膏的制剂研究提供参考。

Abstract

Objective:To optimize water extraction process of Shuyu decoction.Method: With extract yield of aqueous extract and the content of geniposide as indexes

the content of geniposide was determined by HPLC

optimum water extraction conditions was selected by L9（3）4orthogonal design.Result: Optimal water extraction process of Shuyu decoction was:12 times the amount of water

soaked 1 h

extracted 3 times with 1.5

1 h

respectively.Conclusion: Optimized water extraction process was stable

feasible and suited for industrial production.It could settle foundation for preparation study of Shuyu decoction.
