目的:制备高纯度蝙蝠葛碱。方法:利用两性生物碱可溶于酸水、碱水且在pH 8~9易形成沉淀的性质
从北豆根中提取酚性总碱;利用蝙蝠葛碱的酸性与其他碱酸性的差异性
采用碱水溶液萃取
将蝙蝠葛碱同其他酚性碱分离。结果:提纯后的蝙蝠葛碱利用HPLC进行含量测定
平均含量达96%以上。结论:优选的精制工艺稳定、可行且易操作。
Abstract
Objective:To prepare high-purity dauricine.Method: Nature of gender alkaloids(could dissolve in acid and alkali) and easy to form precipitation in pH 8-9 were used for extracting phenolic alkaloids from Asiatic Moonseed Rhizome;Dauricine was separated from other phenolic alkaloids by alkaline aqueous solution extraction with using difference of acidity of dauricine and other alkali.Result: Average content of Dauricine reached above 96% by HPLC.Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable
