摘要

目的:研究柿子叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:以芦丁、槲皮素和金丝桃苷的提取得率为指标

考察了提取次数、提取时间、料液比、乙醇体积分数对柿子叶黄酮提取率的影响

并通过正交试验设计确定了柿子叶的最佳提取工艺。结果:柿子叶黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:柿子叶中粉加入8倍量70%乙醇回流提取2次

每次1 h。结论:工艺验证结果显示该工艺稳定可靠

可以用于柿子叶黄酮的工业化提取。

Abstract

Objective:To determine the optimum extraction of flavone from Persimmon leaves.Method: The effects of extraction time and frequency

solid to liquid ratio

level of alcohol on the extraction rate of flavone was investigated with Rutosids

Meletin

Hyperoside as index;the optimum extraction of flavone from Persimmon leaves was determined by orthogonal experiment.Result: The optimum flavone from Persimmon leaves were: the extraction time was 1 h

the level of alcohol was 70%

solid to liquid ratio（g·mL）was 1∶ 8

and it was extracted two times.Conclusion: The optimum extraction process is achieved

suitable for industrialization.
