摘要

目的:研究唇形科香薷属植物大黄药Elsholtzia penduliflora W.W.Smith化学成分。方法:采用多种色谱手段进行分离纯化

通过波谱解析进行结构鉴定。结果:从大黄药中分离得到9个化合物

分别为7-甲氧基白杨素（1）、5

8-三甲氧基二氢黄酮（2）、阿魏酸（3）、白桦酸（4）、木犀草素（5）、咖啡酸（6）、3β-O-乙酰熊果酸（7）、山香二烯酸（8）、蔷薇酸（9）。结论:化合物2

7～9首次从香薷属中分离得到

化合物3

4首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Elsholtzia penduliflora.Method: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various column chromatography

and the structures were identified by spectral analysis.Result: Nine compounds were obtained from E.penduliflora

and identified as 7-methoxylchrysin（1）

8-trimethoxyflavanone（2）

ferulic acid（3）

betulinic acid（4）

luteolin（5）

caffeic acid（6）

3β-O-acetyl ursolic acid（7）

hyptadienic acid（8） and euscaphic acid（9）.Conclusion: Compounds 2

7-9 were isolated from genus Elsholtzia for the first time.Compounds 3 and 4 were isolated from E.penduliflora for the first time.
