摘要

目的:探讨应用复杂网络方法用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive lung disease

COPD）有效病例的方剂数据挖掘的可行性。方法:以龙华医院近3年综合治疗COPD的有效病例为基础

建立相应方剂的药物配伍网络

通过对网络的统计信息进行分析

挖掘中医药治疗COPD的用药配伍规律。结果:通过对网络的中心性研究

发现了中心度相对较高的核心药物

通过对网络的凝聚子群分析发现了相应的核心处方及加减变化规律

分析结果基本符合临床实际情况。结论:复杂网络方法可用于COPD方剂的数据挖掘

是研究总结方剂配伍规律的有效方法之一。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate into the feasibility of complex network for data mining on chronic obstructive lung disease（COPD） with effective chinese herb prescriptions.Method: Effective prescription drugs network was established based on COPD effective clinical data collected.Then the combination rules of Chinese herb prescriptions were mined by analyzing statistical information of the complex network.Result: Core drugs were found by central analysis of the network.Core prescriptions were found by condensed subgroup analysis of the network.The results

for the most part

correspond with the actual clinics.Conclusion: Complex systems entropy network is suitable for analysis of the combination rules of COPD effective Chinese herb prescriptions

which is one of the effective methods to study the compatibility law of Chinese herb prescriptions.
