摘要

目的:研究蒲灰散合四妙散对家兔急性痛风性关节炎的治疗作用。方法:采用微晶型尿酸钠致家兔急性痛风性关节炎

观察蒲灰散合四妙散（1.0

2.0

4.0 g·kg-1

ig）对关节滑膜组织病理、关节肿胀度、关节腔白细胞数及血清尿酸水平的影响。结果:蒲灰散合四妙散于给药后1～3 h关节肿胀度

显著降低肿胀度

模型组药后1

3 h分别为（41.98±5.74）%

（37.84±8.03）%

（33.30±9.05）%蒲灰散合四妙散低剂量药后3 h为（26.40±3.96）%（P<0.05）

中剂量药后2

3 h为（27.61±5.40）%

（20.22±7.75）%;（P<0.05）

高剂量药后1

3 h为（34.25±5.93）%

（26.00±5.66）%

（12.30±7.07）%（P<0.05）且呈量效关系;高剂量组关节腔中白细胞数量（3.42±0.36）×105个/mL

比模型组[（4.32±0.66）×105个/mL]明显减少（P<0.05）

且血清中尿酸水平也显著降低

模型组与高剂量组分别为（44.50±4.85）

（35.33±7.84）μmol·L-1（P<0.05）;病理组织学检查结果表明各给药组关节滑膜组织病变比模型组明显减轻。结论:蒲灰散合四妙散对微晶型尿酸钠致家兔痛风性关节炎具有一定的治疗作用。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of Puhui-Simiao San（PSS） on treatment of experimental acute gouty arthritis（AGA） in rabbits.Method: AGA were established in rabbits by injection of monosodium urate solution in the ankle cavity.The degree of joint swelling

serum urate and the histomorphological changes in joint were evaluated for the treatment of PSS at doses of 1.0

（37.84±8.03）% and（33.30±9.05）%;PSS of low dose showed（26.40±3.96）% at 3 h（P<0.05）;PSS of middle dose at 2h and 3 h showed（27.61±5.40）% and（20.22±7.75）%（P<0.05）;PSS of high dose at 1

2 and 3 h showed（34.25±5.93）%

（26.00±5.66）% and（12.30±7.07）%（P<0.05）.Compared with the model

high dose PSS could reduce the WBC level in ankle cavity（P<0.05） and the serum urate（P<0.05）.The morphological evidences showed that PSS could decrease the injury in joint.Conclusion: PSS has treatment effects for AGA.
