摘要

目的:观察苗药肺架气壅煎治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期的临床疗效及对肺功能的影响。方法:将120例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者随机平均分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组60例:苗药肺架气壅煎配合西药常规治疗

对照组60例:单纯西药治疗

疗程均为3月。观察治疗前后综合症候、肺功能的变化。结果:治疗组、对照组治疗前后综合疗效比较

治疗组总体疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）

治疗后两组患者用力肺活量（FVC）均有改善（P<0.05）;两组间比较

治疗组1秒钟用力呼气容积（FEV1）

FEV1%高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:苗药肺架气壅煎可明显缓解稳定期COPD患者临床症状

改善肺功能。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and effects of’Miao medicine lung frame with warm air fried western medicine’on pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method: One hundred and twenty cases were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 60 cases were treated with’Miao medicine lung frame with warm air fried western medicine’and routine treatment;control group in which 60 cases were treated with routine treatment

with the course of 3 months.Result:The treatment group and control group before and after treatment compared comprehensive effect

overall effect of the treatment group was better than control group（P<0.05）

two groups of patients after treatment forced vital capacity（FVC） improved obviously（P<0.05）;comparison between the two groups

the treatment group forced expiratory volume 1 second（FEV1）

FEV1% significantly higher than that in control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion:’Miao medicine lung frame with warm air fried western medicine’can relieve the symptoms effectively and improve the pulmonary function of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.
