摘要

目的:探讨不同灭菌方法对白芷及保济丸中欧前胡素含量的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定不同灭菌方法（微波灭菌-A法、微波灭菌-B法、加湿微波灭菌-A法、加湿微波灭菌-B法、湿热蒸汽灭菌法以及钴-60灭菌法处理）和未灭菌处理的保济丸及白芷中欧前胡素的含量。结果:该试验建立的含量测定方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好。采用加湿微波灭菌-A法处理后的白芷和保济丸中欧前胡素含量较其他灭菌方法高。结论:采用加湿微波灭菌-A法可保存白芷及保济丸中欧前胡素的含量。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate influence of different sterilization methods on the content of imperatorin from Baoji pill and Angelica dahurica.Method:The content of imperatorin from handled by different sterilization methods（microwave sterilization-A

microwave sterilization-B

wet microwave disinfection-A

wet microwave disinfection-B

moist heat sterilization

Co-60 radiation sterilization） and non-sterilization of Baoji pill

A.dahurica were determined by HPLC.Result:This trial established determination method was precision

stability and repeatability.The content of imperatorin in A.dahurica and Baoji pill which handled by wet microwave disinfection-A was comparatively large as other sterilization methods.Conclusion:The content of imperatorin from A.dahurica and Baoji pill could be retained by wet microwave disinfection-A.
