HPLC测定香青兰中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量
摘要
目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定香青兰中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量。方法:采用Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm
5μm)
流动相甲醇-0.2%磷酸二氢钠(88∶12)
流速1.0 mL·min-1
检测波长210 nm
柱温25℃。结果:齐墩果酸与熊果酸线性范围分别为0.42~2.10μg(r=0.999 4)
0.436~2.18μg(r=0.999 7);平均回收率分别为齐墩果酸98.9%
RSD 1.14%(n=6);熊果酸98.1%
RSD 1.80%(n=6)。结论:该方法快速、准确、可靠
可用于同时测定香青兰中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量。
Abstract
Objective: Use the method of HPLC to determine the conten of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Dracocephalum moldovia.Method: The content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid was detected by HPLC.The separation was carried out on a Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol-0.2% sodium dihydrogen phosphate(88∶ 12);the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;the detective wavelength was set at 210 nm.The column temperature was at 25 ℃.Result: The linear ranges of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 0.42-2.10 μg(r=0.999 4) and 0.436-2.18 μg(r=0.999 7)
respectively.The average recoveries were 98.9% with RSD of 1.14%(n=6) and 98.1% with RSD of 1.80%(n=6)
respectively.Conclusion: This method was rapid
accurate and reliable;it could be used to determine the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in D.moldovia simultaneously.
