目的:探讨天舒胶囊对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用
并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:雄性SD大鼠80只
随机分成假手术组、模型组、天舒胶囊低剂量组(0.6 g·kg-1)、天舒胶囊高剂量组(1.2 g·kg-1)。口服给药5 d后采用线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞(middle cerebral artery occlusion
MCAO)90 min再灌注24 h模型。观察天舒胶囊对脑缺血再灌注大鼠神经缺失症状、脑组织含水量、脑梗死体积及脑组织病理形态学的影响。检测各组大鼠神经细胞凋亡和血清磷酸肌酸激酶脑型同工酶(CK-BB)水平。结果:与模型组比较
天舒胶囊明显降低脑梗死体积(低、高剂量脑梗死体积分别为29.11%
27.85%);血清CK-BB水平(低、高剂量分别为9.95
9.87 U·L-1)也明显降低(P<0.01)
神经缺失症状和脑组织病理损害
神经细胞凋亡减少(P<0.01)
脑组织含水量(低、高剂量分别为79.03%
78.89%)降低(P<0.05)。结论:天舒胶囊对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用
其通过降低血清CK-BB水平、减少神经细胞凋亡
保护脑缺血再灌注损伤。
Objective: To investigate the neuroprotective effects of Tianshu capsules on focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats
and to explore its initial mechanism.Method: Eighty male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group

Tianshu low-dose group(0.6 g·kg-1)
Tianshu high-dose group(1.2 g·kg-1).After oral administration for 5 days
