正交试验法优选颈痛舒贴膏水提工艺
摘要
目的:优选颈痛舒贴膏的水提工艺。方法:以淫羊藿苷和芍药苷的得率为指标
HPLC测定指标成分含量
采用正交试验设计考察加水量、煎煮时间及提取次数等因素的影响
综合评分法优选颈痛舒贴膏的水提工艺。结果:最佳水提工艺为加12倍量水回流提取3次
每次1.5 h。结论:该优选的提取工艺科学合理、稳定可行
可用于颈痛舒贴膏的工业化大生产。
Abstract
Objective:To optimize water extraction technology of Jingtongshu plaster.Method: With yield of lcariin and paeoniflorin as indexes
the content of these were determined by HPLC
orthogonal test was used to investigate factors
such as the amount of water
boiling time and extraction times
water extraction technology was optimized by comprehensive scoring method.Result: Optimum water extraction technology was that reflux extracted 3 times with 12 times the amount of water for 1.5 h each time.Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was scientific
stable and feasible
it could be used for industrial production of Jingtongshu plaster.
