响应面法优化新疆一枝蒿挥发油的提取工艺
摘要
目的:优选新疆一枝蒿挥发油的提取工艺条件。方法:以挥发油收率为指标
采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油
选取药材粉碎粒径、NaCl质量分数、料液比、浸提时间为影响因素
单因素试验及响应面分析试验进行提取工艺优选。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为粉碎粒径40目
NaCl质量分数9.9%
加14.5倍量水浸提6.6 h。在此工艺条件下
新疆一枝蒿挥发油得率0.468%
结论:实测值与模型预测值相符
表明优选的工艺条件可用于新疆一枝蒿的提取。
Abstract
Objective:To optimize extraction process of volatile oil from Artemisia rupestris by response surface methodology.Method: With yield of volatile oil as indicator
volatile oil was extracted by water distillation method
single factors test and response surface methodology were used to optimize extraction technology with crushed particle size of medicinal materials
the concentration of NaCl
material-liquid ratio and extraction time as affecting factors.Result: Optimal extraction technology conditions were as follows:crushed particle size of medicinal materials 40 mesh
the concentration of NaCl 9.9%
extracted 6.6 h with 14.5 times the amount of water.Under these conditions
yield of volatile oil from A.rupestris was 0.468%.Conclusion: Measured value was agreed with model predictions
which showed that optimized extraction process could be used for extraction of A.rupestris.
