四君子汤(党参)多糖的微波法提取工艺及其光谱分析
摘要
目的:优选四君子汤总多糖的微波提取适宜条件。方法:利用微波法进行工艺条件的改进
通过正交试验设计对总多糖提取参数进行了优选
对提取的总多糖采用红外吸收光谱和紫外吸收光谱进行分析表征。结果:微波法适合于提取四君子汤的总多糖
是一种优于传统水煎煮法、提取效率高、用时少的新的提取法。适宜的提取工艺条件是390 W的功率下
以1∶20的液固比提取6 min
提取2次
此条件下多糖含量为14.82%
比实验条件下的传统法提高了10.26%。红外光谱分析显示微波法提取的多糖的结构与传统法基本一致
且证明多糖主要来源于党参的提取物。结论:微波法提取时间短、效率高
适合于提取四君子汤的总多糖。
Abstract
Objective:To select the optimum microwave extracting conditions for polysaccharide.Method: Based on the design of the orthogonal experimental
the optimum extracting conditions for polysaccharide were optimized.The content of polysaccharide was detected by phenol-sulfuric acid
and the structure of polysaccharide was analyzed by infrared spectrum.Result: The results show that the optimum microwave extraction conditions are 390 W power

which is obviously higher than 10.26% obtained by the traditional method.Infrared analysis showed that the structure of polysaccharide from microwave extraction is basically the same as the traditional method.The microwave method is reasonable for the extraction total polysaccharide in the Sijunzi decoctin and it has the advantages of the high efficiency and save time.Conclusion: The microwave extraction can save time
and has higher efficiency than the traditional method.It was reasonable for total polysaccharides of Sijunzi decoctin.
