also can significantly reducing the number of white blood cells in plasma（P<0.01）.Jiawei Dachaihu decoction of low

medium and high dose can significantly decrease the content of tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） and expression of TNF-α mRNA in animal gallbladder tissue（P<0.01

P<0.05）.Conclusion: Jiawei Dachaihu decoction can increase volume of bile

reducing the number of white blood cells in plasma and decrease the content of TNF-α and expression of TNF-α mRNA in animal gallbladder tissue

which suggest there was a certain curative effect on cholecystitis.
