Objective:To establish an HPLC-DAD method for simultaneous determination of rutin
quercetin and quercitroside in Incarvillea mairei.Method: A Dikma Diamonsil C18column(4.6 mm×150 mm
5 μm) was used.The column temperature was set at 30 ℃;the investigated compounds were separated with gradient mobile phase consisting of methanol(A)-0.5% phosphoric acid(B);the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was kept at 254 nm.Result: The good separation of three flavonoids was achieved within 10 min.The linearity was achieved in the range of 0.30-1.0 mg(r=0.999 8) for rutin
0.030-0.10 mg(r=0.999 8) for quercetin and 0.010-0.033 mg(r=0.999 5) for quercitrosid.The average recoveries were 100.95%(RSD 0.98%)
99.51%(RSD 1.54%) and 102.84%(RSD 3.53%) respectively.Conclusion: The method is simple
