Objective:To optimize extraction and inclusion technology of volatile oil from anti-rheumatism capsules.Method:Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation method
with yield of volatile oil as index
effect of water amount and extraction time on extraction technology was investigated by single factor test;Volatile oil was inclused by saturated aqueous solution method using inclusion ratio as index
orthogonal test was used to optimize inclusion technology with ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin
inclusion time and temperature as factors.Result:Optimum extraction conditions were:extracted 4 h with 14 times the amount of water;Optimal inclusion technology was as followings:ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin 1∶ 8
inclusion tempemture 40 ℃
inclusion time 3 h.Conclusion:These optimized extraction and inclusion technology conditions were reasonable and feasible.
