川乌炮制工艺优化

目的:优化川乌的炮制工艺参数。方法:以川乌中6种生物碱类成分的含量为指标
采用单因素试验考察川乌炮制时的浸泡条件、干燥条件及蒸制条件。结果:制川乌的最佳炮制工艺参数为40℃水浸泡24 h
Objective:To optimize processing technology parameters of Aconitum carmichaelii.Method:With the content of six kinds of alkaloids in A.carmichaelii as index
single factor test was used to investigate soaking
drying and steaming conditions.Result:Optimum processing technology of A.carmichaelii was as following:soaked 24 h at 40 ℃ with water
pressure steamed 1 h at 111 ℃
dried at 60 ℃
the content of diester and monoester alkaloids in precossed samples met requirements of the 2010 edition ’China pharmacopoeia’.Conclusion:Optimized processing technology was simple and feasible
and it was suitable for application of industrial production.
