Objective:To explore the component differences of Euodia rutaecarpa and the processed products.Method: Using boiling water and licorice as auxiliary materials
two processed products were obtained.Each ten batches fingerprints of E.rutaecarpa and the processed products were established.The information of each product was extracted in traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint similarity evaluation system
and was analyzed by SPSS.Result: the similarity of E.rutaecarpa
the processed product using boiling water and the processed product using licorice were more than 0.9
compared with E.rutaecarpa as reference.With the methods of Hierarchical Cluster Analysis
22 characteristic peaks were obtained from 30 samples.And than through analyzing the 22 characteristic peak areas
the results showed that 8 characteristic peak areas decreased significantly after being prepared.Another 6 characteristic peak areas declined significantly using immersing with licorice
but the peak areas of evodiamine and limonin increased significantly.Conclusion: The difference between characteristic components of E.rutaecarpa and the processed products was significant.
